Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://www.zavrano.com (the “Site”) operated by Zavrano (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Zavrano is a loan-connection marketplace. We are not a lender. We provide an online platform that connects consumers (“Borrowers”) with a network of third-party lenders and financial service providers (“Lenders”). We do not make lending decisions, set loan terms, extend credit, or guarantee approval for any loan product.

2. Eligibility

To use the Site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a United States citizen or permanent resident
  • Have an active U.S. checking account
  • Have a valid U.S. address, email address, and phone number
  • Have a regular source of income of at least $1,000 per month

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. How the Service Works

When you submit a loan request, Zavrano shares your information with Lenders in our network. Those Lenders may independently contact you or present loan offers based on their own underwriting criteria. Any loan offer is solely between you and the individual Lender. If you choose to accept an offer, you will enter into a separate agreement directly with that Lender, governed by that Lender’s terms.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a request through Zavrano does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or that any offer will meet your needs. Approval, loan amount, interest rate, APR, fees, and repayment terms are determined solely by the Lender and may vary based on your creditworthiness and other factors. APRs typically range from 5.99% to 35.99%. Representative example: a $10,000 loan over 36 months at 21.9% APR results in monthly payments of $381.72 and a total repayable amount of $13,741.92.

5. Fees

Zavrano does not charge you a fee to submit a loan request or use our connection service. Lenders may charge origination fees, late payment fees, prepayment penalties, or other charges. These fees will be fully disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept any offer.

6. Credit Inquiries

By submitting your information, you authorize Zavrano and Lenders in our network to obtain consumer reports and credit information about you. Initial inquiries by Zavrano use a soft credit pull that does not affect your credit score. Individual Lenders may conduct hard credit inquiries as part of their approval process, which may affect your credit score.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Site

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Zavrano and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAVRANO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zavrano and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
